The TMS war at GFZ radio uncovered more bare floor after the third trip to the dump/transfer station today. It felt good to toss the old TV into the heap......I replaced it just before my daughter was born because I always had the back off so I could move the boards killing audio hum. XYL was afraid of harmonic getting nailed........She will be 18 in 6 weeks.

Trip 4 in the morning

Man, I always save some of the boards that have good parts, like the video output amps, power supply, vertical deflection, etc.

I can remember when all the kids on my street were 5 or 6 years old. Now they are in college living by themselves. In some cases the parents have moved on. No matter how they try, time remains uncontrollable.

You sure got that right. I didn't accomplish anything during these 2 weeks off. I don't know if that's good or bad but it sure flew by.

My wife has laid down the same guidelines....we gotta get rid of most of that stuff!  I mean that woman's serious!  I applaud your efforts Frank.  It's tough to let go sometimes.

Well Mike, you saw it. Remember the pile around the Big Rig. I can just about open the three doors. Opened an area right down to the floor by the washing machine 4 by about 16 feet.

I need to clean some of the junk out of the drawers and cabinets that I have here. One drawer in the desk that has all the rigs on it here is completely full of wires and old circuit boards that are missing half their parts, and other assorted garbage. Too late to do anything now, got to go back to school tomarrow.
