Must have loved the cat alot. I love my toothy friends but I would not go into the wires for them. I'd call the fire department. I have to wonder about that wire, usually the wires are not on the sides of the poles around here, but at the top. Poor guy probably did not realize the danger.

I know he meant well but Cats don't get STUCK in trees. They are natural climbers and will eventually come down on their own (When the feel like it as usual).

I draw the line when it calls for risking human life to save an animal. (I don't brake anymore. One totaled truck to save a cat was too many).

I brake. I have ABS. But more importantly I look for animals so that the probability of emergency braking is low. If I brake and the crack-smoking moron behind me hits me and destroys his mercedes, he was following too close. Them's the cookies in Texas, love it or leave it.
