Hello AM lovers,

Last night (yesterday evening) I (PE1MPH) were in my studio.
To play a game Chess http://www.chessmaniac.com/ on my pc.
As usual my receiver is standing on, I tuned in to 3885.
Very weak AM around 22.15 hours our time.
But 1 station were getting fast stronger signal: W1IA Brent.
So I sending him an email.... I heard him!
Around 23.00 he has a big signal and I received more AM stations!
Oege from Leeuwarden (Holland) were listening and Carlos (Portugal) the same time.
Oege received Brent with his indoor Loop antenna!
Carlos were very surprised to hear so good USA stations!

On 3885 I have received the following stations:
W1IA, very big signal, sometimes S9+5
W4BVT ? fair signal
WB2FOU - Martin (mobile)HuhHuh? in New Jersey, weak signal,
listen to enclosed recording, played by RealPlayer!!!

WA4KEO Pedro, fair signal
WA1HLR Tim, fair signal and many fading

Later I moved to 3705.
Time +/- 00.15 hours our time I heard these stations:
W1IA, very big signal now S9 +20
W0YVA Bob with S5 and very nice audio
K5VRX Roger with S7, but many fading
W8RPW?? Benny, weak signal and I am not sure about this call
WA4KEO Pedro, better on these freq.
EI3WB often calling on freq., but I think Brent did not heard him
CT4RK Carlos, fair signal (3703) but I could hear him
M1EUZ Tony, unbelivable strong S9 +30, dark audio

Around 01.00 I go to bed.
And I had a super, super qso evening!!!!

From Carlos CT4RK I received this:

Hi all AMers

Oke Brent!

But you are the man who 'belongs' the 'flowers'.
For the fantastic 'AM-leader' on the freq.

Good work Brent,

Henk
