It is even scarier if you look closely at the outlet strip. The plugs appear to be European, which means the voltage is 220V 50Hz. No second chances when you get zapped on 220.

That was a great picture.  I forwarded it to a friend, and it turns out he was already familiar with the photo.  He claims that it was staged for a German Linux convention.

One of those "don't try this at home" clips.

But it still pales in comparison to Timtron's "open wire feeders turned high-voltage a.c. power line" incident.
