Hello everyone
Happy Winter time
Would anybody have a link for mods to the Elmac AF67?? I HAD some sheets to modify the PA tank circuit. Some bands are low power and 80M the darn thing tunes up on a harmonic that the linear doesn't like. I can see "the extra frequency" in the 'scope pattern. The PA tune starts towards another dip at full CW and the final output starts to clean up. Full CW is max capacitance.....(dumb guess) remove some windings from the 80M tank coil?
Thanksss..............Google is not too friendly on this one. Anything on the AMFONE archives?
