Teh outside grounding system is DONE! Shove yank #6 through hole and figure inside connections indoors out of cold....brrrrr

Dey is 572B's, as in BALLS. I am fixing the bandswitch for good. new contacts where needed (every band but 75), and getting new silver plating along with the tank coil. Theres a kit you can buy that just brushes on for 30 bucks.

ok, gotta get back to work. Hope these pix are not boring but I like to show teh progress of things as they move along.  Cool

Svetlana is still making them, they're $54 bucks a pop with 2-year warranty.
I've had a quad of Svetlanas in my 30L-1 for 5 years and no problemos.
