Yep, all judges are corrupt. That is why Irb called them Black Robbed Gangsters.

I hope ARRL makes out better with this case than K1MAN did the time he took the FCC to court over the AM power issue.

1) Kiss your mobile operating bye bye.

2) All that utility money talks big.

3) Go solar and put the utilities out of business.

4) Direct solar concentrating mirrors at Bpl linking transceivers.

5) If 2 3 or 4 don't work, refer to #1.

I would be happy to wear a repiration meter.  that way i could figure out how much carbon i remove from the atmosphere.  Once that figure is established i can sell carbon offset credit to big energy and break even. lol
