Hard to believe but Yes, it's true. If you're an ARRL member, you can go to the members only web page, and you will find this:
 ARRL Certification/Continuing Education Program
Help determine how this new program will be implemented by joining the discussion forums.

Although presently limited in its scope, it does seem to support the notion the ARRL is not adverse to having forums on their web site to solicit and discuss issues and concerns. Maybe ARRL members should petition the ARRL through their Directors to expand the discussion Program to include additional discussion forums. I can envision an ARRL type discussion program called the ARRL P&M Program (ARRL PMP) with sub discussion forums to funnel members issues and concerns on current topics.
