I might be easier for readers just to go to the list of committee reports and click on the various ones of interest.

I would also call attention to the Band Planning Committee Report and the Technology Task Force Report. The Band Planning Report mentions "Regulation by Bandwidth" and the Technology Report discusses future "digital" amateur activities.
