Come on guys the guy is a walmart greeter!!! there was a time when the FCC would investigate and if required a federal marshal would take action not Buba Butt Crack town cops.

In many cases I would rather deal with a mad dog than some of the local cops I have met.  At least I know what the dog will do.   I really wonder if all the cop shows we see on TV today are just a publicity campaign to convince us the cops are real smart.  Not so.  Some are, but when it comes to radios, most are dumber than a wall.

Wonder if one of the security guards Wal-Mart hires (read off-duty police) standing near the guy  had his gun butt against his police radio's PTT?
