Please comment on a fair price for the above equipment. Units in very good appearance and normal operation
condition.  If it had to be shipped, would crating be the way to ship?
Thank you for reading, any info. would be appreciated.

If you check QRZ and epay, you'll see that the present prices there are considerably higher than back in 2009.
One of the SSB adapters is up now or just closed, so you can search on that...

The styling on this unit is very pleasing to my eyes... Cheesy

Even so, I'd not pay much more than what was quoted in the older post, if buying from a non-online source... on occasion they can be found online to go for even less than what was quoted, but that is rare.

oh yeah, shipping... I like double box cardboard - for this, one for each unit, or one for the rcvr and one for the other two.

I like to form fit styro sheets to the unit in the inner box, that means cut holes for stuff sticking out the front panel, and make the unit fit with ZERO motion inside the inner box. Usually 2" of styro is about right. The outer box should over size in all dimensions by 2" or more, and I like to fill with styro peanuts, the outer box absorbs the impacts, and can essentially get destroyed in shipping without effecting the inner box. Single box packages are especially susceptible to hits on the edges and corners. Also this system lowers the G forces to the inner box and unit... which helps to keep transformers from bending the mounting ears and deforming the chassis.  This method has never failed for me in decades of shipping all manner of items, heavy and light.
