The 6893 is the 12 volt version of the 2E26. I am converting a 1950's vintage 10m AM transmitter from 6 volt to 12 volt filaments in case I want to run it mobile. It uses a 6J6(which probably doesn't have a 12 volt equivalent and will be used with a 15 ohm 5 watt resistor to drop the filament to 6 volts). The modulators are 6AQ5's( and I have 12AQ5's?. I will be willing to trade a 6146 for one 6893.
