I have a Freed Transformer Corp.  transformer....

She has a  'split' primary; two sets of windings  115/230V

1900-1750-1600-0-1600-1750-1900
0.3 Amp

The primary is marked as RMS Test 1500V
The secondary is marked RMS Test 2X Induced
0.3 A

The duh question  is  ? whats this 2 X induced mean???

I don't know...

but I am guessing that they mean the the secondary was tested by running the primary so that the secondary was 2X the normal voltage, rather than a direct test of placing the test voltage on the secondary and trying to do breakdown that way.

Just my guess...
