FCC change of address question

I was trying to help one of my more senior Ham's do an address change on his license. 

Went to the FCC website and printed form 605 along with its associated schedule D.  605 is a form that is shared between many radio services and schedule D deals is specific for Ham Radio.  All fine, but schedule D just deals with getting or changing a Vanity Call.  The FCC server was down otherwise I would have done it online.   But the paper version should work!  Has anyone used the documents off the FCC website to do an address change?  If so how does one do it?  I looked through the list of the various schedule forms and the only one dealing with Ham Radio is D or so I thought.

It's just an administrative update (AU), so I believe all you need is just the main 605 form.

What I finally did was to use the ARRL VEC version of 605 and that worked fine going through the League. 

On the FCC one, I did do it as a AU but there was nothing on that form that told the FCC that I wanted to change an address.  I believe under the AU category there were many things that could be done, but maybe not.  They kept directing me to schedule D which had nothing to do with an address change.  Doing it electronically if the link had worked did allow to stipulate an address change.   

So I got it done through the ARRL and it was a breeze!
