Talk about an unusual coincidence.  The XYL and I were at a friends house.  They had just returned from a 2 week trip to Ireland and they showed us some of the routes they took to various landmarks on an Ireland map.  They stayed in Galway one evening and Gort was on their route.  I happened to notice that last night when looking at the map.  Thanks Larry.

We were making pretty good time (good thing for us there was no Garda around) headed from Cork back to Greencastle in Co. Donegal when I saw the sign to Gort. I was riding with the camera turned on at the time and was able to get the shot. Glad you enjoyed it.
