all the internal plumbing is 5/8" copper tinned STRAP maybe 2mm thick. I guess good to the flashover rating of the caps. 7KV I think. Single band 75 meters.  See the photos and look at the strap connecting the main coil to the caps. It's twice the width of the stock connections.

The grounding is done via 1/2" strap. and #6 cu. down to the double cu ground busses with 4 #6 coming from the ground rods - 8 10ft splitnutted and silver soldered. connected with #6.

I'll post a small movie showing the tuning. It is sharper than a Ginzu knife.

I'm just glad it's finished and it turned out good. - and different.  Thanks Johnny.  Cool

I'll add 160 on it during the summer recess.

now I got a maul and another fT 101 to attend to. When that's done, my responsibility to all of you that helped me out will be satisfied. All the gear will have been restored to my best ability and everyone will have something of themselves in the station.
