Description: Not Joe, but I sure was. Joe decided on his plan shortly after I asked him to be my Best Man at the spring Hosstraders hamfest. We had been talking on 75 meters when he mentioned he was using a 77 DX. I responded that this was my dream mic, and Joe seized the opportunity. Joe had this microphone completely restored by Clarence Kane, former RCA Ribbon Mic tech and specialist.
