Description: Here's a close-up shot of the link-coupled feedpoint tuner.
I really wish I remembered who made this thing. It's a real beauty, IMHO. Good parts, and good workmanship.
You may be able to make out that this coil is labeled "40 meters". No 75 meter coil was ever wound for this, but shorting the link tuning cap generates a nice flat match at 3885 with the 40 meter coil.
