Description: Took advantage of a recent removal of the RF Deck to snap a few shots of the modulator. This is the best one I got.
The 811s have been removed to avoid damaging them in the process of removing and reinstalling the RF Deck, since the tubes are slightly taller than the Modulator Deck itself.
Here you can clearly see the 3 Thordarson 13 Henry reactors on the right, and you couldn't possibly miss the turbo-connected VM-4 in the center.
The 811s are driven directly by the 1614 modulator tubes in the Ranger. 1500 volts DC and 3-4 watts of audio in, gobs and gobs of modulated DC goodness out.
