This is a fully electronically restored, to factory specs, classic Hammarlund HQ-110A receiver. Its has been recapped, aligned and peaked. In addition it has been modified with a fuse plug and the audio has been tapped from the detector tube out to a RCA connector for HI-FI listening. All modifications can be put back to stock. You can also listen on any good 4 ohm external speaker on the back speaker terminals. The external speaker is not provided.
It covers the amateur bands from 1.8 megahertz through 30 megahertz. It also covers the 6 meter band from 50 to 54 megahertz. If you have the optional converter you can operate on the 2 meter band as well.
You can operate this unit, at my location, prior to purchase. I will also provide you with a copy of the owners manual and schematics.
