Did I miss something? The site looks completely different in formatting.
It is looking like it looks when I am not logged in.
Thanks

It will look different if you are using https:\\  , If that's the case, try http:\\ instead.

The BB sections were reorganized recently.  I like this newer arrangement.

Using https:// instead of http:// will render a lot of blank icons.  Which one are you using ?

I must be living good. I don't see anything really screwy with the site other then some shuffling around of some of the forums.
The software used to design this site probably came before we had really "smart phones".

And if you look to the left of the screen
Best Viewed with FireFox.

Optimized for 1024 x 768 resolution

Requires the latest version of Adobe Flash Player

http versus https

Google's actions in 2014 and 2018 significantly pushed for the https adoption, with Google marking HTTP sites as "not secure" in Chrome starting in July 2018.
Here's a more detailed timeline:
1994: Netscape introduced HTTPS (originally using SSL) for its web browser.
2000: HTTPS was formally specified by RFC 2818 in May.
2014: Google announced that HTTPS would be a ranking signal, encouraging its use.
2018: Google began marking HTTP sites as "not secure" in its Chrome browser, starting in July.

I haven't had it on this machine for years, and haven't seen any weird stuff on this site.
I don't even remember what adobe flash was used for.  Grin

The fix I identified above forces the site to be looked at as unsecured, essentially using http:// automatically. Firefox is a good solution also.

There is a similar setting for Firefox for "HTTPS-only mode"

Got to check if my Netscape Navigator and/or Netscape Communicator browsers, running under Windows 3.1, still work with this web site or anywhere.

It was set up when the threat of Skynet was looming on the horizon.

The netscape browser or internet suite still lives on, sort of, under a new name called SeaMonkey.  Mozilla volunteers/diehards have maintained it to present day.
