Title: Nearfest Tailgating pass/voucher Post by: W2JRO on September 26, 2024, 02:57:49 PM I received my advanced ticket a few weeks ago and only opened the envelope today. It says in the order sheet enclosed that if your ordered a tailgating pass, there would be a voucher also enclosed that you would exchange for the pass upon arrival to the venue. I did purchase a pass, but I only have the ticket in my envelope, no voucher. Anyone else in the same boat? On the order it does list my pass purchase...I'm hoping that is enough to get the pass.

Sounds like maybe someone forgot to put it in the envelope. This close to the show, I hope you can get things straightened out. Good luck. The order sheet that was enclosed does state that I did buy a tailgate pass..like I said, I hope that's enough. Perhaps Mr. Mike will see this and chime in? When going to the Nearfest website, the "contact us" section is empty...no email, phone number, nothing.. The vouchers were exchanged for the passes you purchased when you arrived. Phil and Kelley have instituted some new procedures for ticketing that have streamlined the functions, made them more efficient and less work for the volunteers.
