I hired a British voice over announcer to do a radio promo for my AM station when I decide to power up the class E transmitter. She did two, but I'm undecided as to which I like better. Can you help me?

You are not allowed to broadcast music as a primary reason for transmission.

You are not allowed to try to entertain via amateur radio.  For that you need to be a licensed broadcaster or lpfm, etc.

A good lawyer could argue intent in using a jingle as an ID, but then it gets into how much do you want to pay to have a jingle lol.

Me, I'd play it safe.  But what a snazzy 10 minute ID, playing quite a bit lower than your voice when mixed in!

Anyway, if anybody wants to do something similar, here's the voice-over woman's information:

I found her on an app called Fiverr and I only needed to pay $35. All I said was that I wanted a jingle that was stately and gave her the text. Her audio dub guy came up with the music. I mentioned that I wanted something similar to a BBC intro.

She also does a native Scottish accent, but I'd rather not use that as they're difficult to understand. Almost like someone speaking in tongues.
