Title: AM in the northwest

I just was notified that Cormac Thompson ("MAC") W7JHS from Concrete Washington died.  A big loss to the AM community here in the northwest.... 3870 group

He was a long time proponent of AM radio and one of the most melodious radio voices during the afternoon chatter on 3870 or 3885.

As I know it he was also one of the originators of the Winterfest Ham fair in Mineral Washington.  This is one of the highlights of the ham community in the bleak winters.

A loss to all hams.

I did not know Mac, but it sounds like his legacy was profound.

Sympathies to all his Family and Friends.
