Hello. I hope all is well.
Sorry but I've been working Saturdays.
Do you have any new info on using the SIC FET's on 160 or 75?
Mine was great on 75 but unfortunately unstable.

I'm curious about what you mean.  I've been using 4 of them in a Class D/E configuration on 75M for at least 5 years and they've been bullet-proof.
