Just I had a talk with Tim WA1HLR on +/- 21.440 in AM. First heard him calling & calling, but I could not copy his call. Then he heard me, but I were 100% sure it were Tim. After a few times trying, I get his call correctly. Hi, hi... I have heard Tim in the past on Ten and (a long time ago) on 7290! He is I think a long talker in AM... hi, hi... But during our talk this afternoon (16.20 by me) his signal goes fast up and down. Sometimes Tim were complete gone and a few seconds later he has S 71/2 by me. His signal were to weak for receiving with my indoor inverted V. We were stopping our talk and we trying it in the future again. :) Tim, thanks for the short talk, Henk, pe1mph Dokkum, The Netherlands |
