Title: RCA 62287 - what's the beast?
Post by: wavebourn on January 26, 2005, 01:46:45 AM
I recently bought a broken power supply that uses transistors marked RCA 62287. May be anybody knows what is it, I still can't find any info. They are TO-3 type.

Tolly,
This is a cross reference to an NTE transistor.  It probably doesn't have the exact same specs as the RCA 62287 but maybe it might give you an idea of what the transistor is.
