Title: Western America's biggest SSB DX'er...... on AM!?!? Post by: ve6cq on February 20, 2014, 01:14:55 AM Today, solar and geomagnetic activity made AM on the upper bands nearly impossible, with one exception - a call, out of the blue.... from the legendary Seymour, W6CCP.

A couple of days ago he called me on AM and I told him it's pretty unusual to use VOX on AM. He told me that he never uses VOX (on any mode) but he does have a very active foot switch.
