Hello AM Lovers,

Yesterdaymorning and this morning....
I could it not believe:

NO BC on 7290 khz!!!  

I listen between (as usual!) 06.10 - 06.45 hour by me.
(04.00 - 04.45 GMT Time)

Yesterday (Sunday) I heard some ssb on 7195 khz, but weak.
Today totaly nothing around 7290 khz.
Some 'topics' I mention..... not possible to receive AM on 7290..... :(
But maybe.... the BC is shortly off air?
I mean the same 'is going on' on 7220 khz?
Some days BC station off air & some days BC station on air?! ;D

But AM lovers I keep listening early mornings on 7220 & 7290 khz!
One thing is sure..... I hear on these freq. no European-contesters! ;D

When I receive any AM station on above freq., I let you know...
Oh by the way, we (Europeans) many not transmit on 7220 & 7290 khz.

7220 khz some ssb
7290 khz totaly nothing

Yes, I listen every morning but pc is not on. :)
This morning:
- 7220 khz at 06.30 hour (by me!) BC cames on air, weak to fair signal S2
- 7290 khz totaly nothing heard :(

By the way, between 7290 - 7300 is free by me.
Exact on 7290 I hear sometimes a very, very weak carrier (no audio).

I keep my 'ears & eyes', mornings on 7220 and between 7290 - 7300 khz.
Perhaps I hear AM from the USA!

Hello,

This morning bad, bad conditions on 40 & 80 mts.
On 80 mtrs, F6AQK on 3708 khz, had a weak signal....

On 7220 & 7290 khz I heard totaly nothing.
After 06.30 hour no BC on 7220 khz.

Under 7200 khz I heard this morning evenso no ssb from the USA. ;D

Hello,

This morning (Friday) (between 06.10 - 06.50 hour by me) on:

- 7220 khz no BC station, on 7221 some ssb stations (fair signals)

- 7290 khz only very, very weak carrier with no audio

- 7295 - 7300 khz compleet free/clean, S meter on zero (0)

Now (06.35 by me) I llisten on 40.

- 7220 plenty ssb, with good signals

- 7290 - 7300 Nothing on the band and complete free/clean

Just before 06.00 is going the legale BC on 7290 khz off air.
