I asked to join and got a pretty good report. Then KD6OS broke in and was even stronger.
I'm gonna keep the Apache/Mohawk set up on 20 AM for a while. Nice folks, good conditions and great signals. Thanks guys! They were "one on one" type QSO's which, to me, are a lot more enjoyable then 20 meter roundtables.

working KL7OF in TumTum... Brian was S7 at times but he had trouble hearing my 300 watts... Oh yes, Brian is up in Skagway, Alaska... Correction, Brians portable VA1 in the Yukon... He is still messing around the frequency at 5:20PM EDT... |
