Title: Inaugural Run of the CCA1000D tonight..right now even Post by: VE7 Kilohertz on April 02, 2005, 11:33:08 PM I have finished the conversion of the CCA1000D broadcast TX to 1945KHz and am going out to the shop to fire her up on 1945KHz. Looking for any and all contacts to give her the shakedown.

It was a great sucess!! Checked in at 8:30pm and checked out at 10:30pm, still humming along at 800W Canadian eh.
Stations worked included VE5NT Frank KF7EH Steve KA7NGT Roy W0LU Jim W7GEC Ray Thanks fellows for the QSO. Amazing this 1000D. If you have an opportunity to get one of these, do so.
