Title: How about some Hammarlund Post by: Detroit47 on August 16, 2010, 06:59:33 PM I was looking thru one of my file cabinets and ran across this. Here is a sample of what’s in it. I can scan the whole thing if there is an interest. My scanning software only lets me save one scan at a time as a PDF, so it would have to be several files.

I was wondering what to do with the 808 sitting here. Carl Title: Re: How about some Hammarlund Post by: Detroit47 on August 17, 2010, 12:23:18 PM Id like to see the full package if you dont mind. I'm sure that the transmitters of the past are by far more sexy than the modern plastic boxes.

We used the Roll's Merlin engines till Budweiser bought all of them up. We then switched to Allison aircraft engines; our engineers’ pioneered the use of an intercooler on a turbocharger. When we ran without the cooler it wasn't pretty. John N8QPC Title: Re: How about some Hammarlund Post by: Steve - WB3HUZ on August 17, 2010, 05:01:49 PM Handbook Section, Transmitters Forum.

Carl Title: Re: How about some Hammarlund Post by: Steve - WB3HUZ on August 19, 2010, 09:46:37 PM TNX. You put it in the best spot. I though it was just a full-up transmitter schematic, so I suggested the transmitter section. The Handbook section is more appropriate.
Many thanks. Title: Re: How about some Hammarlund Post by: Detroit47 on August 20, 2010, 01:24:15 AM Hey guys it is a pleasure I'm happy to give back. I have a lot of old literature I'd like to share. I need to get a newer scanner so I can make one big file. The scanner I have at work lets me do it that way but not my home one.
