You're looking at the bay side (not the cove or leeward side) of Dobbins Island initially, then the shot pulls out. View is W-SW, where the mouth of the Magothy River is to the left of the frame and behind the view, opening into the Chesapeake Bay. When the shot pulls, out you see a much smaller island near the shore. That's not Dobbins Island.
