Ten-tec sells a kit for eleven bucks that'll do what I want... 455kc oscillator thats small, and can be used as a stand-alone unit.

So, figure if the kit is $11, it costs a buck to make? Sure, I could just use a signal gen, but mine isn't so portable.

Anybody got a schmematic?

Thanks,
