I have a doubt respect to the tube attachment, what  I mean is, there are 2 tubes one down of about 1 ¾  inch where the ring finish and the mast is attached and the other of about 1 inch where the ring start and the whip begins. My question is: this first 1 inch tube where the whip begins come inserted inside the one that serve as attachment for the mast isolated by a plastic bushing? Or the plastic bushing comes inserted in the 1 ¾ tube then it has a reduction to permit it to be inserted into the 1” tube?
I hope to be clear in my question, any help will be truly appreciated.
Many thanks.

Milton.
