Does anyone know what is happening in regards to these FCC matters:
1.  Now more than 30 days since Glenn Baxter K1MAN fine issued.
2.  RM-11305 and RM-11306 petitions.

Geesh Tom,
I thought this guy was history. I was reading months ago that they finally nabbed him for his broadcasts and that the matter was over.

He was recently discussed on QRZ and I think the FCC denied him a pass on forfeiture, details I'm not sure of.
