I am in the process of restoring the users database.

If you are a new user that joined in the last month your data has yet to be restored .

I am hoping to have things back up in a few hours.

I am sorry for any problems this may have caused.

Thanks Gary.

Guess I should have waited a bit before registering again.

My apologies.

Ah, that explains why all the posts came up as "unread" last night!

Thanks for all your hard work, Gary.

It now looks as if the last 30 or so users that joined the board have been lost in the Backup somewhere.

I had the hosting company back up the users table on Sunday and they failed to update it correctly. This still may happen in the next few days but I am not confident at this point.

I am sorry to the users that had joined and now need to do so again. Since your posts link to your username if your name is not in the database your posts won't show.

So I am asking that if you joined the BBS over the last month and you can not log in you will have to re- regisiter to become an active user.

If in the meantime the backup is done correctly everything will revert back to the way it was on Friday the 17th as far as the users list.

I am sorry any inconveinence.

No problem Gary.  I know how it is.  Went through the same thing at my board a couple of months ago.
