Man, this would have been timely 2 weeks ago.

Had to custom make some floor mounts for a UPS rack at work.  Getting the holes 'perfect' took more than one template and curse word.

That's a great way to do it.

Were those ceramic tile? (the screeching noise)  If so I had no idea they could be cut through like that.
