Saw this today waiting for my son to get out of an appointment.

Guess they are ready for hurricane season.

That must be from the last hurricane season! If that's what I think it is, it's much bigger than it looks. The ham club had something like that and the 'loops' were some 18 inches from end to end. They said it was VHF.  They were trying to get rid of it, no takers though.
