It is shorted, pri=230/pl side=54/s.g.=30 ohms and a pl to pri short too. the last I recall, when trying to tune up on 20m, cud not get the ant current down any lower that 4.8, high vswr think that is what happened. The manual sez: 300/130/45 ohms to be the nominal ohms Anyone have a xfmr around?
