I am in need of a modulation transformer for my HT9. I am sure there must be 100's of them out there. LOL Any ideas or soggestions would be appreciated!

There are probably thousands that will work but I doubt there are 100s of HT-9 transformers available. Apparently this is a weak component in the HT-9 so you might be better off with a non-HT-9 replacement.
