Friday's looking awesome; Saturday, not so much, but still not terrible. I'll be there Friday morning before dawn, napping in my truck while waiting for the gates to open.

I plan to get there around lunch time on Friday, and will stay through lunch time on Saturday. I'll be looking for parts for my HBR build.

Great wx and turnout Friday. Best I have seen in a long time.
Sat was cloudy and cool, but the turnout was way down.
I had a great time and picked up a few goodies.

Thanks, Mr. Mike and crew.

Nice pictures, Dan. Some of them really bring home the fact that Nearfest is so big that it's easy to miss a lot of stuff; there are items in your pictures that I don't recall seeing. That big gray amplifier with the crinkle finish paint - I think it's got a "235" sticky-tag on it - would have caught my eye, but I never saw it. Do you by chance know what that is?

It was good to see you up there, Carl. I was planning to be there Saturday, but Friday was a long day and I was pretty well burned out by the time I got home.
Picked up a few parts, including a vacuum variable to replace the one that leaked away its vacuum.
Turnout Friday was indeed very impressive.
Yes, thanks to Mr. Mike and the whole crew for another awesome Nearfest!

Great wx and turnout Friday. Best I have seen in a long time.
Sat was cloudy and cool, but the turnout was way down.
I had a great time and picked up a few goodies.

Thanks, Mr. Mike and crew.

That's what I was thinking it was! A member of our local 6 meter AM net runs one of those. Did it go home with you? It would have gone home with me if I'd seen it!

Nice pictures. I was talking to Larry, NE1S on 40 this afternoon. He seem to believe it was one of the biggest turnouts of all time! Glad you had some decent weather.

I arrived at 9:05 AM Friday, and it took me 40 minutes to get inside with a vehicle pass. Haven’t been to the fest in about four years, the turnout was fantastic as was the weather. Saturday was a different story, a good 20-25% of the tailgaters were gone, and the crowd was 1/3 the size. I left at around 11, but I did notice people were still coming in. great show and congrats to all involved. Looking forward to October.
