I don't think this is him.

I think he's older than 52, and the Obit refers to him as Rich, not Rick.

From Anywho.com:

Rick L Mish, 69 years old, address is the Manhattan Blvd; same address mentioned in internet references to the R390 repairman.

There's a number of Richard Mish's in Toledo! Anywho listings include - Richard Alan Mish, 53 years old, Revere Drive, Toledo. That's probably the one in the obituary, who appears to not be the Rick Mish repairer above. Odds are that the deceased is a relative of Rick though.
