250TH or TL

Looking for one or two good 250TH or 250TL tubes. I just built an RF deck for 160M using a 250TH, but can't get full output with the one tube that I have. I'm pretty sure it's just a weak tube. I don't need a NOS tube, although that would be nice, and I don't care if it's not an Eimac tube. I'm just looking for a tube that is known to have full output. Changing the grid bias is not a problem, so a 250TL should also work.
