This weekend I spotted a very strange signal that was occupying the top end of 20m. It slowly shifted up to about 14.700 and occupied several hundred khz. I checked into two different SWL forums and it was being heard throughout Europe and into Hawaii. Signal strength varied with time of day, sometimes S9+10. Just curious if some of you can take a listen and see where and when it being heard. Many are saying this is a new Russian Radar
