Jean-Pierre,

Very cool receiver.  Interesting I.F. cans and side access.    What frequency band does it cover?

Here's my own  160M, 75 and 40M homebrew receiver.  It's a superhet - has a multi tuned RF stage, product detector, AGC and two I.F. stages. Pair of 6AQ5 p-p output audio amplifiers.  The front panel was made in 1972 using silver base and translucent blue. It was my first receiver. I salvaged the front panel and then built this one years later.  The chassis was built in 1990.  Nick-named the "GTO Blue Receiver."  It still works FB, especially on hi-fi AM. I should get it back into the shack for duty with Commando.   As Frankenstein, the ham, might say... "everything here is homebrew."

Use an "AM Courtesy Filter" to limit transmit audio bandwidth  +-4.5 KHz, +-6.0 KHz or +-8.0 KHz when needed.  Easily done in DSP.

This is a small superhet for AM only on 80m (with 2 IF transformers in cascade for better selectivity). (EF89/ECH81/EF89/ECL86).
Only for French QSO on 3600kHz (look at ARACCMA).

I have also SX-100 and SP-600 (with home-made AF push-pull for broadcasts).

Your receiver is splendid and very pro ! Bravo !

All the best
Jean-Pierre
