Hints and Kinks for the Radio Amateur" from 1933 (vol. 1)

Does anyone have a copy of the ARRL publication "Hints and Kinks for the Radio Amateur" from 1933? (it's volume 1). I have volumes 2-9 and would like to read this volume as well. The copyright is long expired, and a good scan would be appreciated as much as the original. Or I'd be willing to scan it and return it, & pay postage both ways.
