I'm wrapping up a HQ-180A restoration and am working on the alignment.  T-2 is an IF transformer that should peak up on 3035 KHz.  T-2 peaks, but it's very broad, with a long slow roll to a peak that's more like a plateau.  Is this normal behavior for T-2?  I have another T-2 from a donor HQ-180A but would prefer to sit back, think about this, and ask questions before assuming that T-2 needs to be replaced.
