There is a document that might be of significat benefit to the ARRL. At least the Brits don't just worry about bandwidth. "Lifetime Licensing" among other intersting proposals are included.
Seems to me, I would rather be regualted by Ofcomm than the ARRL Take the time to read the proposal.
