I’ve been working on a RCA BTA-1R1 transmitter when I’ve had time for the last month or so. Before converting it to 75m, I’ve been getting it back together and operating on its original AM frequency. Today for the first time I connected the plate transformer up and hit the plates on switch. Made full output into a now-hot dummy load. Nothing to report here, except that I’m happy with the progress!
